An opportunity for a Planning Engineer to take a lead role in the development of a new OP operation. Reporting to the Mine Development Manager and utilising your 5+ years Planning experience you will head up this venture involving: Managing and updating the Mine Plan Producing long term schedules Define and develop haulage profiles Optimise heavy equipment selection and Owner/Operator scenarios Coordinate, produce, and monitor production plans Produce and monitor budgetary constraints With the successful integration into this role will come the option of a Technical Perth based role within 18 months or options to move into Alt and or Mine Management position within the same time period as other resources are developed. Initially Perth based, after approximately 6 months the role will move to fifo to site. This small to medium sized operator will give you the opportunity you simply wont get at larger organisations unless you have 15+ years experience. Either use this as a stepping stone to technical or consultancy roles or make a career within an aggressive resource company and move to very senior positions quickly.
