My client is a Financial Services giant with offices in Sydney’s CBD. Due to continued growth they are currently seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator/Support Analyst.The successful candidate will be someone who is excited by this challenge to assist with delivering excellent IT service and application support and the prospect of becoming a subject matter expert and growing their career in a global investment bank. Your responsibilities will include: Provision of quality production support across Salesforce (and Siebel) application environments (including ITIL based daily application support, migration of changes into test and production environments, DR, risk and security governance) Timely actioning and resolution of user requests and provision of functional support to business users Ensuring incident and problem management processes are applied consistently Providing support for system enhancements and application/environment change, including consultancy to other IT teams, testing, release and change management activities Ensuring effective communication and cooperation with all stakeholders including business users and other IT teams Reviewing and improving operational processes, procedures, and documentation associated with the operation of these systems To be successful in this role you will have: Experience in the below technologies: Windows server/operating system Practical experience with Oracle or other SQL databases (SQL, Stored Procedures, PL/SQL) Siebel (or related CRM system) support experience Previous production experience supporting mission critical production systems Demonstrated Salesforce experience including operational support (adding fields, reports, email templates), user administration, configuration changes, interfaces support, license management Be highly analytical with demonstrated experience in effective problem solving Demonstrate excellent customer service skills Possess excellent written and oral communication Degree qualification in computer science, systems analysis or a related study, or have equivalent industry experience In return my client is offering: An attractive package An excellent working environment A fabulous CBD location For your opportunity to join this prestigious organisation, submit your application online today!
