Development Engineer Are you a Development Engineer seeking a proactive role taking the lead in developing awareness of technology trends and opportunities? We are looking for candidates with the ability to develop and deliver new and existing products in a cost effective and timely manner, whilst identifying mitigating technical risks in development projects. You will be working on: Risk reduction, leading and supporting process definition and improvement between design and manufacturing and liaising with customer and supplier contacts on a technical level to achieve programme specifications. Candidates are required to have a degree in Physics/Mechanical or Optical engineering with a technical background with strong analytical skills and practical ability. Candidates must be familiar with working in an optical engineering environment. The role is based in Wales and salary will range from £30k-£32k.
