Rate: £42k - £45k per annum + package & benefits   Location: North London   

Our client is seeking an individual to join their Architecture team to work with a range of people in business and IT to facilitate the translation of the business vision and strategy into solutions which deliver optimal cost benefit to their organisation. Working with stakeholders using structured techniques you will establish and document business needs and solutions which balance the business requirements with the technical delivery capability. In addition you will work with subject matter experts to scope the level of detail of current state documentation and identify gaps between the current and desired future states. You should have experience of a variety of business requirement capture and management methodologies and tools whilst being knowledgeable in designing and constructing business processes, functions and organisation structures. You should also have experience in process redesign methods (BPR, Six Sigma, TQM), and modelling tools (IDS Scheer, Troux, IBM Telelogic or Mega). You should be skilled in perceiving patterns and relationships between technologies, processes, business models and people and have strong analytical and conceptual skills.
