To be accountable for the sales development and profit targets for business/consumer skip(s) hire in the Cambridgeshire area plus the sales of recyclables reporting to the MD. The Key accountable aspects are as follows Key Account Management B2B development Customer Service management Carry out targeted new business telephone calls each day Work with MD to ensure sales tactics and promotional plan is working effectively Work with General Manager to develop 3 year Recycling Plan Develop recyclables market sales Build partnerships with other businesses for 3rd party waste handling Manage intelligence database A tend monthly strategy meetings Activites Work to a business plan and sales strategy for the waste management market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Support Executive Prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing levels submitted and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Account Executives. Create and conduct proposal presentations Control expenses to meet budget guidelines. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team. Work with the General Manager to develop the business long term
